Thus, am considering something like a Hustler Raptor, 42". Has ZT-2200s. IMO the 1" axle makes me happier. If I really did it, I'd get 2800s - I know. My mower (Gravely) has the ZT 3200 with essentially the same instructions for the procedure in the Gravely Owner's manual. My question concerns the oil that is used. As it was mentioned, obviously, that is not a drain plug but rather the brake shaft. Hydro-Gear has a few different service kits depending on the specific trans setup (brake arm inboard or outboard) to take care of the leak.
