I see that you've reset the earphones already using the steps in Reset your Beats earphones, but the issue continues. Based on that, I would suggest getting in touch with Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support. My beats solo pros won’t go into pairing mode or factory restart. It’s completely charged so it can’t be a charging issue. I tried doing both my phone and laptop to see if the issue was my phone and not the beats. It did pair once, but it was on my sisters phone, however after that one pairing it would not work anymore. Any recommendations?DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE BEATS APP. It bricked my headphones in less than a week. I never stopped an update, but apparently they started one and bricked themselves. Rant-Time to switch to different headphones because the Apple acquisition of Beats finally caught up to my headphones. They disabled the windows beats updater and made it impossible to use.
